My husband and I have been patients here for the past 2 years and it's always been an A+ experience every time. Dr. Lim is the best. He is kind, gentle and takes the time to answer your questions. Desinia, my hygienist is also wonderful and always does a thorough job. The staff is also friendly and Kelly is great especially on the insurance end. Highly recommend this place!

My husbands union has contracted with eastern dental. The staff is very nice and the office is clean. The problem is they have no availability because their hours have been shortened. They offer no evenings, no Friday’s and no Saturdays. I called late January or early February to schedule an appointment. I am looking at the end of May for my husband. My daughter has flexibility. She has off Monday and Tuesday. My appointment is scheduled for early May. My son is a student and is available on Friday’s or Saturday. Couldn’t get him an appointment. I don’t think this is the decision of the dentist or staff at the Hackensack office but that if eastern dental itself. I regret to say but this operation is a chop shop. Find yourself a dentist that will accommodate your needs.

The reception desk provides first-class customer service. My insurance company had back-office issues and two separate receptionists called-in and, with extraordinary persistence, rectified the issue.
