        Main Lock has been at my house twice, the 2nd time being an installation of a keyless door lock purchased on Amazon. Prior to the appointment being made, I had sent the product link via email to Main Lock and they were honest and suggested that I buy the hardware from Amazon, as that was the less expensive approach. Rich did the installation and he was friendly, neat, did his job well and provided helpful suggestions for our other entries. I will definitely use MainLock as my go-to for this type of work.

        I dropped my in ground safe for service.never get back. Every time I went they couldnt find.

        Well knowledgeable staff. Hard to compete with big stores but a main staple lock hardware shop for more than 25yrs and more. They must be doing something right to survive those years.

        The only shop that does Medeco keys, and yet I'm on my 4th attempt to have a spare key made. These people can't make a proper copy of a medeco key if their shop depended on it.

      So sorry we disappointed you. My staff is the best around and I am VERY surprised this happened. There must have been a legitimate reason for this or some kind of answer!
