Kelly handled my request to celebrate my milestone and to honor my father's 5 year memorial which I did on Father's Day. Completely understanding of the situation. Felt like I was alone on the ride to bond with my father in the heavenly skies. Very peaceful and the fog really added a unique touch with the sunrise. Kelly's crew were awesome with setting up the balloon to breaking it down, and had me be a part of that. My livery driver who was waiting for me---was in complete awe and said he won't forget the experience too! Truly a memorable experience.

This is something EVERYONE should do. Such a unique experience, EVERY time. A fun crew and a professional pilot really make it a fantastic trip to remember. I would definitely do it again.

The words I will use to describe this experience will not be enough but I will try. Was it a breathtaking ride in the sky? Yes. Was our pilot knowledgeable, professional, and safe? Yes. Yes and yes. From the very beginning, Kelly consistently communicated every step of the process to us-climate and weather checks, setting up the balloon, and what to expect. She was calm, patient and simply pleasant. However, Kelly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. She provided some personal touches based on our reason for taking this ride (anniversary) to make it special. Her charismatic and engaging personality also make this ride feel personal and genuine. I absolutely recommend using Kelly if you not only want a safe and breathtaking ride but are also looking to make authentic and memorable experiences.
