I have used Jareds services for over 9yrs, and he has been nothing short of efficient, informative and professional with his legal guidance. No doubt he has a number of clients, but he and his staff are always punctual in returning phone calls and responding to inquiries. It has been a real pleasure working with Jared Lans on the sale of my recently passed Mom's house, my childhood home. Living out of state and trying to take care of my Mom's final affairs in the mist of the COVID-19 pandemic was more than a little problematic. Jared handled everything smoothly including a virtual home sale closing accomplished completely remotely with no need to travel during the quarantine. Jared's patience and professionalism were exemplary and I will not hesitate to refer him to others in the greater NYC and northern NJ area. Kudos to Jared and his amazing administrative staff!
