I had to come in for a long list of services per my diagnostic from the dealership. Of course, their prices were way out of my budget, so I went to my local Mavis to get the job done. When I called to get a quote the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was so helpful and patient as he was able to beat the prices of the dealership. From there I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. When I came in, Victoria assisted me with checking in and after reviewing my car, informed me of another service that she'd recommend I get or my new tires would be destroyed without it. When she quoted the price I felt defeated because I knew how important it was for the additional service but it was completely out of my intended budget. She reassured me that she'd check with her mechanic to move some numbers around and in no more than 2 minutes she called me over and let me know that she was able to keep me within my budget. She's such a blessing and I am forever grateful for the customer service and care Mavis Sicklerville was able to provide me. 10/10 would recommend!
