Best in the area...and has been for quite some time. We have used Ridgewood Tree on numerous occasions and at several different addresses. Very knowledgeable. Shares info. RELIABLE. The work gets done when you are told it will be done. No need for extra phone calls to track anyone down. I've always had the sense, when dealing with Ridgewood Tree Corp, that I am getting honest answers. AND!!!! the owner and workers are friendly. We have had to move out of the area and I only wish I could find as good a corporation with which to deal...

My family are very disappointed with their service. We used their service in October 2017 to cut down two trees and remove stumps. One stump was only partially removed. It left a big ugly area in the middle of our yard that we couldn't grow grass on it. We have contacted their office on numerous occasions thru email, phone call and text messages since October 2017. They keep saying that they will come back to remove the stump "in a couple of days" but they still haven't finish their job and fullfil their commitment as of today, July 16, 2018. For the past couple of weeks, they have been just ignoring our request. Now we have to pay somebody else to finish up their job to get our yard back in shape. I would not recommend their service to anyone. _____________________ They finally finished the job on July 20, 2018. I have updated my score from 1 to 3.

Great pricing and told us they were 2 1/2 weeks till they could do job which was fine considering it was there busy season. We had contact thru that waiting period and sure enough they were there as promised 2 1/2 weeks later. Were very efficient, cleaned up after and evfen did a few minor things at last minute they they didn't charge us for. Kevin and Matt, thank you!
