THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! If I could write a review without any stars I would. We reserved a Uhaul truck a few nights ago. When we get to the 'location' (which didn't have any Uhaul signage outside) we find out it's closed and had to go through the app to get to the truck. When we finished the application it showed instructions (a hand drawn map by a 5yr old) to an off site location, down a narrow driveway behind a bunch of house, wasn't at all visible from the street and again no signs. While trying to locate the truck on the lot in the rain Uhaul corporate calls saying the picture taken for verification wasn't good and had to retake it in the app again. The app didn't recognize the lot as the location so we had to go back to the gas station to redo the photo. We wasted almost an hour of time going back and forth trying to get the truck standing out in the rain. When we final got the keys for the van it was filthy someone's shirt was under the seat, there was garbage and crumbs everywhere, a used napkin and a big bird feather. And to top it off the supplies we ordered were not in the truck and we couldn't get them at the office because it was closed.

This franchise or owner is a scammer. Dont use this location and her franchise should be pulled. Avoid
