Premier Disposal

Nothing but problems over the last several months. Trash not picked up for days, trash and recycling picked up late (and in the same truck which means recycling is not be recycled...). I have called every single extension, and every voice mail is full and can't accept messages. I have written emails, and they go unanswered. Ready to move to another carrier as soon as I can contract.

Many weeks in a row we were skipped over for garbage pick up. Have two cans, one for recycling and one for trash, and the trash is never collected, only recycling. Have called over 5 times to have them collect the trash they are contracted to do every single week. When calling to complain, the phone automation says they are busy and to leave a message, but the message mailbox is full. Would give 0 stars if i could.

They dump their recycling and trash in the same truck. Completely pointless for homeowners to recycle. It’s immoral and unethical because they charge for two services.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! They didn't pick up the garbage last week and I called every day for 5 days to get it picked up. Nothing!! My scheduled day this week they didn't show up again!!! Now there is 2 weeks of trash is sitting there. Time to find a new company.

I wish that 0 stars with a possible rating. This company used to be great when it was Smith sanitation. What a complete joke now. You can’t get through to talk to anyone live and when They don’t come pick up your garbage, which seems to happen way too frequently, you can’t get anybody on the phone. I would be out of business if I ran my business the way these guys do. Maybe they’re well on their way. Good luck.
