Really poor communication and major delays in projects. Installed salt system and new motor with zero instruction despite multiple requests for information on the products. After hiring a much more efficient company, we found out the salt system is way too small for the size of our pool. In addition, very rude staff. If this company is recommended to you, please do your research.

We have been using Stone Harbor Pools since we moved to our house in 2017. There had been no cover on the pool and it was a mess. We had our previous pool company come out and they could not get it clean. I contacted Stone Harbor Pools and they came out and after a week of them coming everyday, sometimes twice a day they had it clean! Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are wonderful. They answer all of my questions and if I ever have a problem they come out the same day. I also use them for my weekly cleaning. I highly recommend using them. We couldn’t be happier with the service we recently received from Stone Harbor Pools! We called them to see if they could help us out with a problem we were having with our pump. It being the week before Memorial Day they were of course extremely busy, but put us on the list for an appointment. It was expected to be a couple of weeks before anyone could come out to us but sure enough, Stone Harbor showed up the next day. Problem was fixed the same day. Stone Harbor is an outstanding company. We been using their service after having such a bad experiences with other companies. Amy and Britney are always there to answer any questions or concern, they are the best! They guys who do the pool maintenance on weekly basis are so friendly and professional and always explaining everything in a professional way. The price is very reasonable and they are all honest. I won’t trade this company for any other and we are so happy our pool is taking care for such a great company. We contracted Stone harbor to conduct a retiling and replastering of the pool last year as well as a heater installation. The work was very well done and professionally accomplished. Follow-up during and after the process was excellent. We we will now be using Stone Harbor for our on-going pool maintenance because of their demonstrated competence and reliability.
