Had an awesome experience here. An employee went above and beyond, examining my inspiration pictures and finding the closest matches in the inventory. He even said hed keep an eye out if anything came in. We will definitely be back!

The elderly lady that works here, I think her name is Karen (smokes, graying dirty blonde hair) is always rude. Cant be bothered. Always scoffing, huffing and puffing annoyed when she has to do her job and ring people up. I called to ask if they had an item still available because I didnt want to take the 40 minute drive if it wasnt. Im assuming it was the same lady because she sounded and acted the same. Scoffed and said she couldnt even begin to look for it. When I told her where it was she scoffed again and asked yea and when was that? Told her she was rude and hung up on her. She should not be working in customer service and representing the company.

Went in and did a lap and immediately left. Outrageous high prices and everything was dirty. I love thrift stores and I know it's not expected to be clean. But I've never felt so gross being in a store before. The fact that USED mattresses are being sold for $100+ is borderline unethical. Everything is also so old and outdated so the fact that they're charging those prices is insane. I'll stick to goodwill and salvation
