Kim and her team are exceptional at what they do. I had never used an estate sales company before and admit to being skeptical when it was suggested. After a loss in the family one can become cynical about persons who might profit from the loss of others; but I was proven SO wrong! Kim and Co. were absolute life (and back, and patience) savers! They provided an exceptional experience and brought us peace of mind, saving us countless months of time and energy taking care of the estate of a lost loved one. Kim had excellent communication with everyone throughout the entire process (no small feat as the family is spread out over multiple states) and ran the massive sale professionally and effectively! Kim and team are the one's you want to use for this arduous and demanding task. After an unspeakable tragedy, Kim was caring, attentive, honest, and very communicative. If I had a question she was there day or night. Kim spent many days preparing the property for sale and cleaning the premises all the while respecting personal items and setting those aside. The sale was professionally staged, advertised and the house clean out done on time and on budget. No damage was done to the house. Thanks again Kim for an outstanding job.

From our first meeting, I knew Kim and Diane would be the team to help us through this experience. This was a big milestone for my family, much needed but a little emotional too. They were professional and knew the value of my parents furniture and little things. In a very short period of time, they organized everything and set up a nice, very well attended 3 day sale. They have a market that follows them and people came from all over to get their finds. We are happy that my parents things will live on in homes where it will be appreciated. My dad walked away with some coin - which hes using to fund a family vacation with his grandkids. Win win.
