DO NOT GO HERE. They don't answer their phones don't return calls. My husband needs a CPAP and never heard anything about it... This is a dangerous office don't go unless you want to be ignored. NEGLIGENCE!

Dr Visco is great but the service is the worst. Since day one never get return calls, leave messages, try office live time get voicemail every time, even go thru patient portal to leave message for doc, which every other doc office responds to, not this one!!!! How do you provide continuity of care without connecting to your patients Ive tried to reschedule an appt since end of November , no return calls, despite my being in current care and doctor requested followup!!! I have never experienced this with any other off in my life!!!!

Terrible patient service. Dr. Loftus is great though. Unfortunately she can't make up for how bad the service is.
