My dad is a new patient. (Should say was) the staff is rude, the nurse practiced seemed to be too busy and did nothing. Don't have them care for you, because they obvioudont care about you.

I've been going to this doctor since I was a baby...they basically watched me grow up and was always good to me. Unfortunately after covid, he went on vacation and I never saw him again. The new young guy is seemingly arrogant and doesn't care. When you go to a new doctor and they tell you "I don't care do what you want" You know you could do better... I hope to see Thadhani again in the future, he actually cared. As for the office staff, I've always known them to be stressed out. Thats why they seem rude.

If I can rate 0 stars I would. My parents have been going here for years and my mom was trying to get me in today to find out they dont take medicaid for new patients anymore. My mom just wanted to know why and the lady was SUPER rude telling her cause we dont have to in a nasty tone and ended up hanging up on my mom. Never been to this place but figured they were good cause my parents trusted them, read the reviews and still gave benefit of the doubt just for this conversation to happen between my mom and the insurance lady. 11/10 dont recommend.
