**UPDATE** OK - so there were many issues that happened with our process of getting our pool delivered up to installation. But I updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars and removed the negative comment for the following reason: My husband had been dealing with Steve the president of the company for days. Steve made sure to make things right. He did what he said he would do for us and for that we say thank you. On top of that, my husband said he could tell that Steve honestly cared about our issues, was very apologetic and sympathetic to the issues we had and did not write us off as some companies sometimes do to customers. Again, thank you.

I have been trying to get the anchors for my pool railings replaced for well over a year with a company in Toms River that has been opening our pool for quite a number of years. From no callbacks to not showing up when they said they would made me look for another option and that is when I called Central Jersey Pool Company. From that first call to Central Jersey they were professional in initiating a work order and they followed up at every turn as to calling ahead to say when they were coming or that they would not get there that day. They sent a 2 man crew out last week headed by a man named Ian who was absolutely professional and really nice and should also be in sales for CJP-a total joy. Everyone I have dealt with Central Jersey has been professional, courteous and informative and Central Jersey got the railings done within 10 days and not 14 months like the company we previously used.
