So the food and service was the worst I've ever had in my many years of visiting Indian restaurants. By the end of dinner I wasn't really sure if I had a waiter or not, it seemed like a bunch of random folks in a panic. The whole thing was pretty unmemorable until we went to pay the bill. I go up (After waiting a good 15 minutes for the check) and go to pay with a visa gift card, I say very clearly "I'm not sure how much is on this so I'd like to put $30 on it and pay the rest in cash" the owner takes my card scans it and shouts "THIS IS OURS NOW" and tosses my card under the counter with no hesitation. I give the girl next to him a look like "wtf" and she reminds him of what I said to both of them not a minute about about there being more money on the card, he then returns the card and DEMANDS MY ID. He takes my drivers license into the back room for a few minutes, I call the card number to check that the balance and the charge had indeed gone through. When he came back I told him I called and confirmed the bill was payed. He then asked why I didn't do that before, I told him "I just wanted to leave". TL;DR The food was bad, the owner was nuts and a jerk. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Food is not bad but service is awful. Chef / owner needs to learn that good service keeps the lights on. Getting customers annoyed does not result in ongoing visits. Keep away
