Working with Sandy Levin from Beautiful Interiors Design Group is always a pleasure! Her style and professionalism are top notch. I have listed empty houses that will not get much foot traffic at all, until Beautiful Designs stages it. My houses sell faster thanks to the elegance of the staging. She will also offer really valuable advice on things I can change to increase looks (and possibly value as we get more offers). When we were selling our small beach house, we needed it staged to capture the "shore" feeling.  It was vacant, so we needed it staged for people to envision living in the small rooms.  I called three stagers, and knew right out of the gate that Sandy was the one to go with.  She was prompt, talented and was able to come up with a price by looking at the floor plans and some photos I had.  She turned the project around quickly and the photos from the realtor site came out amazing.  It was worth every penny, and absolutely helped sell our small house.  PS - Sandy also left the house immaculate after she removed the staging!

Sandy came to my house as a color consultant at $250/hr. She came and recommended 4 color swatches to do my downstairs rooms and was on her way. I called her back about a week later and asked her if she could get me a couple more swatches because I had seen a couple more colors that I liked. She said that if she had to put more time in to order the swatches then it would be an additional charge. It was a very expensive 4 Benjamin Moore swatches that I paid for. Very disappointed!

My empty townhouse was on market without staging for the first month, but only 20 visitors and no offer. after my house was staged by Sandy, we got more than 20 visitors per week, got couple offers and closed quickly. I believe the price was reasonable and during the staging/staging removal she can deal with everything without me. Beautiful Interiors Design Group was amazing. Choosing the right color for the bedroom meant a lot. So much to choose from. The floor ended up being wood vinyl and the window treatments were already there. Taking into consideration my style and my taste and the artwork in the room Sandy Levin came up with an outstanding color of choice. The bathroom design and color in this small space now seems like a spa. The bedroom now is a sanctuary where I can go and be at peace with the calming slate blue color.
