Denny and Andrew replaced my washing machine drain that was 3/4 clogged after 45 years and would not allow the washing machine to drain (the water was overflowing the drain). They replaced the old copper piping with PVC piping and the washing machine now drains without any issues. I also had them replace my 26 year old hot water heater. The work was professionally done and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I recommend Doctor Rooter for drain / sewer cleaning and for replacing hot water heaters. I had an overflowing toilet and sink on a Friday afternoon (conveniently) and contacted my previous plumber who recommended Dr. Rooter. I called them that evening and they were there as scheduled at 8am the following morning with a very professional and courteous plumber named Denny. Denny took a look at my whole house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, told me additional work he could do though it probably wasn't necessary and gave me an estimate of what it would cost if I chose to do it. We had a hardcore kitchen faucet leak that needed immediate repair and Doctor Rooter arrived less than an hour from when it was reported and Denny (an extremely courteous and highly professional gentleman) installed a brand new faucet he had readily available in (once again) less than an hour and it operates beautifully and is a million times better than our previous one!!!!!!!!!!
