Awful experience. I placed an order online for same day delivery. I waited until 4:15pm to call and ask if it went out and they let me know they don't deliver to the address? No one reached out to me. They tell me they're refunding me.....

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Placed an order online, they took my money and sent a confirmation, but never sent the flowers or communicated at all. They didn't answer when I called (rang forever and then went to a different number's voice mailbox). I had to go through my credit card for a refund.

We called to see the status of our order since the delivery was late. A woman answered the phone and said there are no deliveries and proceeded to hang up on us. We called again and a man answered and said we would receive them in a half hour. I mentioned to him how we were previously told there would be no deliveries and someone hung up on us. He just said youll receive your order soon and hung up on us too. Terrible service.

I ordered flowers for my anniversary three days ago, I am very satisfied with the arrangement, that is how I received my arrangement and it keeps very well and fresh, I give it a 10/10
