Dr. Cavalieri is my dog's vet. He is great. He diagnosed and treated my dog's severe bladder infection. ( We were worried that it could potentially be bladder cancer; thankfully it wasn't and I think Dr. C. was just as relieved as I was) He is a kind, compassionate man and a great vet.

I love this vet! Dr. Cavalieri has been caring for 3 of my cats now - one with cancer, one with a liver disorder, and one with severe dental issues, and he's been more than wonderful. He is compassionate, caring, prompt in getting back to me with results, and quick to get my cats in when they are in need. The entire practice is top-notch; the front desk crew is always caring and helpful, the techs are gentle and loving with all the animals I've seen there, and both vets are 5 star; always there for us, which is really rare these days! I trust them more than any vet in the area, including the 'specialists' at other emergency places. If you need a great veterinian, make an appointment with Dr. Cavalieri and you won't be disappointed!

For people who know me ,me saying I am lost for words is a unheard of situation but this office is a gift from God I can not and I mean can not say enough I just wish I found them sooner The caring the compassion the understanding and the listening is like no other both the doctors Dr Bloom and Dr Cavalier are priceless. Dr Bloom just did oral surgery on my older pug who has a lot of breathing issues and Inwas a basket case He was so caring and and got her thru which I was so thankful but what really was amazing he did not take credit nor want credit for himself but for his whole entire staff and team WOW that was so unique and respectful . I cant express how it felt knowing she made it thru after being told by others they would not do it on her because of her breathing. But Dr Bloom believed it would be ok and it was. I also have a German Shepherd who is being seen there . They answer all questions and always get me in. Trish who is front desk from the first time I called to inquire was the most pleasant efficient and no rushing me while I asked questions person ever. I am one of those people who my animals are taken care of before me. I have even taken out a loan my other pug who is in heaven but I would do what ever it takes . Dr. Bloom and office I could go on and on and on but your knowledge your drive and you again I say this ,your compassion and truly caring leaves me speechless!!!!!! Weve been trusting Dr. Bloom and Dr. Cavalieri with our two dogs for a couple of years now after a family recommendation and less than stellar experience at another local vet. From the moment you walk into Central Monmouth you know your dogs are in the best of hands. Everyone here is exceptional and truly cares about your pets like theyre their own. My review comes however after a recent surgery on my husband and mines 15 year old Dachshund. Weve known he had bad dental for quite some time now but were misinformed at previous places and thought surgery was a death sentence. After a routine catch by Dr. Cavalieri that an enlarged lymph node could be the result on processing periodontal disease we opened the conversation to dental surgery again. Dr. Cavalieri was so knowledgeable and patient with our concerns and made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with surgery- knowing we were making the best decision for our dogs quality of life. While still nervous we knew the morning we dropped him off that he was going to be well taken care of. 9 extractions later our dog tolerated the surgery so well and was back to eating that very same night. In less than two weeks post op our dog is so much happier, energetic again, no longer lethargic, and lymph nodes have gone down. It was the best decision we ever made. Were so thankful for everyone here and even after moving from Freehold we continue to make the trip because our dogs deserve the best and we know what they receive from everyone that interacts with them at Central Monmouth.
