Peter was amazing to deal with, provided excellent free pre-installation consult and quote, very thorough explanation of options and prices. Providing his insights on pros and cons of different options. After the order was placed, FedEx were late in delivering two boxes (not Budget Blinds fault), he offered to honor the installation date by installation the shades we already received, and coming back to install the last 2 when they arrive. We are happy with the quality and the price of the shades we got. We would recommend Peter & Budget Blinds to friends and family for sure.

I got Lutron Serene Shades from Budget Blinds several months ago, and I could not be happier. They are very quiet, come with convenient little remote controls, and also support voice assistants like Google Assistant, Alexa, and Siri. Peter from Budget Blinds was a fantastic person to work with throughout the process. He was reliable from beginning to end. He told me what to expect from the shades themselves, the shipping times, and the day of the installation, and everything happened as he described. The installation itself went very smoothly, despite my windows having some constraints that made the installation tricky. I am always reluctant to find and pick companies/individuals for jobs like this. I'm worried about overpaying for poor work or being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. In this regard, Peter is the exact opposite. He's an honest, friendly person that takes pride in his work. For example, he recommended me, and I ultimately got a cheaper shade material than what I originally had in mind when I called him. I'll definitely be coming back to Peter whenever I need his services in the future.
