Nelson handled the initial purchase of our apartment in 2011 and we were so impressed that when it came time to sell, he was our first call. If I could post 0 stars I would. I was told that I had a unit at the price I submitted to rent for a year and essentially they pulled the offer out from under my feet and wouldn't tell me where I needed to be to get the unit. It felt very shady and morally wrong. DO NOT RENT / BUY FROM THEM. I worked with Nelson and think he's a horrible person.
