Michael Kolsky is the most incompetent,unprofessional and dishonest real estate agent that I have ever used. He coerced my wife and I to extend the buyers closing after they failed to close 7xs. He promised to pay for our carrying costs for the past 3 months which he never honored. Knowing that the buyers had a delinquent tax lien and therefore could never obtain a mortgage was never disclosed with us. He continued to inform us that the mortgage was imminent any day for 3 months. He never properly vetted the buyers before we entered into a contract. When the buyer switch the name on the contract to his wife he told us not to worry. He then convinced us to reduce the deposit in half in order to appease the buyers. After 6 months of preparing financially for the closing on December 15th the buyers did not close and Kolsky never even informed us. If anyone is considering using him as your real estate agent if he still has a license you have been warned.
