I had a very poor experience using Steven as the attorney for my home closing. Two reasons I will list here. 1. We had initially agreed on a price for the closing, but he decided by himself to almost double his prices and rolled it into other costs without telling us about it. We found out only after asking for a breakdown of all costs by item. To his defense, there were some extra work to be done that was outside of the initial quote, so I can agree to pay a bit more, but not telling us about the price hike was poor taste. 2. A COMPLETE lack of communication. Steve is never reachable by phone, almost always getting the voicemail. He responds to maybe 1 out of 3 emails. the communication was so bad that after closing the seller's lawyer had to send official letters to us threatening to sue because Steve had just decided to stop responding to both his and my emails. One month after the case is fully resolved, I FINALLY received my escrow check back after several emails/calls asking him to send it. horrible....just horrible service

I highly recommend him! Very few attorneys will communicate effectively with you during a real estate transaction, not him.

Being a first time home buyer I had so many questions about little details of buying my home. Steven Freesman was there every step of the way to answer any questions and make sure we knew what we were agreeing to. I could not thank him enough.

Mr. Freesman did an excellent job closing our home! He was very thorough and communicated very clearly. We had some special circumstances and Steve did a great job accommodating!
