Don't ever join their internet/TV connection, management not good and don't care users, change and charge whatever they request!

The apartments are maintained well despite their age, and the majority of the staff members are friendly and helpful. However, I must mention one individual named Marisela who appears to have a negative attitude towards her job. When interacting with her either over the phone or in-person, it is evident that she does not enjoy her role. She frequently puts callers on hold during conversations and upon returning, gives them an incredibly short amount of time to respond before abruptly ending the call (she literally hangs up the phone after 1 SECOND, NOT exaggerating). This behavior is both impolite and unprofessional. When employees have a negative disposition towards their work, it can significantly impact the quality of the service. Unfortunately, in this case, Marisela's ability to assist and support residents has been severely compromised and failed. I'm not sure who is in charge and manager is, but they should be aware of what is going on in that office.
