I don't know what happened to my review. They must have had Google remove it. April 2023 suffered a terrible fire. Five star sold me my policy in 2016. For years, they got a percentage of what I paid into the policy because they sold me the plan from Plymouth rock insurance. When the fired happened they were supposed to advocate on my behalf with the insurance to pay out the policy. Dennis & his team did not do that. It is February of 2024 and I am still out of a house he reaped payment from for eight years.
He did not advocate for me. He did not ask them why aren't they paying out. When this is done I intend on making a state complaint not sure it will help but at least ot will be on file that these people push a company who does not pay out check the Plymouth rock page on Facebook hundreds of people around the nation saying they refuse to pay. Five star how can you back a company that treats your customers like dirt? I will continue to keep coming back to let people know what Five star did and I will update with photos of my burned home.
