The best of the best! We worked with Best Tile & Wood on a bathroom renovation and could not be happier. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish - With their helpful guidance in choosing materials, attentive customer service, detailed installation and thorough clean up of the job. We will definitely be using these guys for future projects. Highly recommend!

Been using Best Tile and Wood for over 3 years now and have remodeled our kitchen (then become much more), then a master bath, then installed hardwood floors on the 1st floor. All with the help of all the Bench's and Ralph. They are always willing to help and if there are question or issues, they take care them. They offer suggestions and are always willing to take their time with their customers. It is nice to know that if you are spending all this money on remodeling that they understand and are trying to ensure you get the best quality work and items.

Great store, lots of selections, nice and knowledgeable employees. I had an issue with a tile return. I am still miffed by my experience in trying to return an unused carton of tile. At the time of purchase, I was told that unopened cartons could be returned with a 25% restocking fee. I will describe and you be the judge of what is reasonable or not. Ordered 23 cartons of 12x24 porcelain tile (about $2500). The tile was delivered to my home on a pallet with 2 cartons damaged from the strapping of the cartons on the pallet. Every tile was broken in multiple pieces in each carton. The driver stated that 1 extra carton was added to make up for the damage. My response was that I paid for 23 cartons and so the 2 cartons should be replaced, not just one. The driver took away most of the broken tile but I retained a few salvageable pieces. Best Tile, to their credit, redelivered the other replacement carton upon my request. After completion of the job, I was left with a couple of spare pieces and 1 unused unopened carton. I drove it back to Flemington for a credit, fully understanding that there would be a 25% restock fee. Upon arrival, the very clear attitude was that a credit was unwarranted, apparently because I could have just used the broken pieces for short cuts. Frankly, if I threw a fit, I believe they would have issued the credit but I was too incredulous to put up a fight. I took the very heavy carton home where it will sit in my garage in perpetuity. What was the right thing to do here? I was willing to eat the 25% restocking fee as per their policy. Each carton costs about $108. So the credit would have been $81 after restock fee. No idea what the markup is on tile but assume their cost on the $81 is around $40. That would suggest that Best Tile sent me packing for an out of pocket cost of $40-50 or something close to that. On a $2500 order. My intention was to purchase backsplash from them as well. Couldn't do it. Unfortunate situation as nice family business but maybe a lesson in customer service is needed? Or maybe my expectation was unreasonable? Not sure why... Let the buyer beware.

They really are the "Best". Patient and helpful service. Our bathroom renovations came out fantastic, which walls and floors were all purchased from Best. We have just ordered more from them for another project. Back and forth with samples we could bring home. I couldn't be any more pleased with the quality and service.
