Excellent Advice on How to Record Security Interest in Real StateI am a business attorney serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area in general and Silicon Valley in particular in complex business transactions and disputes. Mr. Schutz provided timely advice on the intricacies of recording a security interest in real estate in New Jersey for a California creditor. He discussed the matter in detail with me on his cell phone and provided a clear written road map of the steps that would have to be taken. He also quoted an entirely reasonable price for his quality services. I highly recommend him!

Don't let his mild mannered appearance fool you, he gets the job done! I hired him for a civil case (not criminal) and he got the job done quickly. He answers your questions and gives you options and he does it for a reasonable fee.
