TLDR; store supervisor has poor customer service skills and return policy blows. Not shopping there again, I was a regular customer. Store is not well stocked. Im a frequent at liberty village premium outlets in Flemington and Im a huge advocate for factory clothes because its a good price and quality. I went to Calvin Klein because I was given a pair of light blue slim mens pants that was a size too small. They were a great color but couldnt fit around my waist. Anyway I go into the store today (June 29) to exchange them for the right size and purchase a few more pairs. I asked an associate to help and she was very kind and offered to exchange them for my size and order me a few additional pairs. She starts to process and an associate tells her that Calvin is on a new system and they cant process customer orders. Thats unfortunate however she offers to exchange my pants for store credit. All of a sudden a supervisor walks up and tells me they cant take the small (unworn) pants because the tags are off (still had them though). She very rudely says they cant take them back because its part of the store policy. I challenge her and ask to speak to the store manger. She said the store manager Jos? refuses to take calls from customers. Theres no phone number and completely uncontactable. Like what happened to the customer being right? Do you want my business or should I skip going to liberty outlets from now on? They ended up turning me away when I was willing to buy even more pants !! I already wear a bunch of stuff from that store and probably spent hundreds in their store already. This betrayal is the last as Im never going back. A few things else to mention: - this same thing happened to my mother, like cmon you guys really dont mind pissing off customers? -this Calvin outlet store is never adequately stocked. The past 3 times they did not have my size in pants. - for guys with my body type (tall athletic lean) youre better off shopping at Zara. Pants are cheaper and fit the same. I liked the slim at Calvin but they actually dont have the slimness below the thigh which can be achieved with the pants from Zara. - anyone need a size 31 -32 pair pants ?
