        If I could give zero stars I would. I don't waste your money. Go to one of the other Chinese restaurants in Flemington! Fried rice like other poster said was just dyed yellow but had no taste. Water tastes better than this garbage. They burnt over HALF of my boneless spare ribs and when I say burnt I mean that they are almost completely blackened and unedible. The fried wontons were terrible too. Soggy and the middle still cold. They didn't mess up the white rice though

        Shrimp egg rolls were great. Tender shrimp and a good size (my usual place keeps shrinking them). LoMein was tasty and the veggies were still crunchy (GREAT) and the pork, tender. Only 2 issues. The General Tsao's was tasty... but didn't have the "zing" the dish is known for. The Crab Ragoon should have been cooked more... the outside should have been golden and crunchy. Overall... a good meal.. and it was cool watching them cook.
