        Their service for bagster and roll aways is very good, but they regularly miss my regular trash pickup and leave it at curb until following regular day, even though each time I report the miss they claim it will be picked up in 48 hours. Missed my pickup yesterday, December 3rd again! Tried the number below, voice menu that says my pick up occurred. No option to talk to someone. Now I go a week with a full trash can AGAIN! Changing to one star.

        Waste management is the worst company. They are unresponsive in customer service. We moved and tried to switch pickup to our new house since we liked that they have weekly recycling. They never picked up our old cans never gave us new cans and never picked up large garbage that we had to pay EXTRA for. After speaking with 4 different supervisors they STILL have FAILED to do their job. The company never reached out to us we had to keep calling and calling. We cancelled service and went with another company who we are very happy with. Do not pick WM for your garbage. They are a TERRIBLE company, TERRIBLE customer service and UNRELIABLE.
