I am a Real Estate Professional and met Steve about 3 years ago on a home that my client was purchasing. He hired Steve to check it out before making an offer, which is unusual. I was so impressed with his transparency and knowledge of construction that I’ve been using him ever since. I recommend him quite a bit to my buyers and I have not been disappointed yet. He has been very good about being available on short notice and always manages to get my clients scheduled well within their inspection window timeframe. Besides all of his professional attributes, he is a very nice and relatable person.. Highly Recommend!

Steve is the inspector your looking for. Any nj home will have some serious issues that are easy to overlook. He will diagnose all the moisture, mold issues to extreme detail. Further all your big ticket items will be inspected to protect your time , money. Look no further very ATTENTION TO DETAIL professional.

Liberty Home Inspectors did an inspection of my home for a buyer. While I don’t have any major concern with the report what I do have a problem with is the damage and the mess they leave behind. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Their actions clearly show they are not professional and lacking in quality. Update: I had an exchange of email with Steven at Liberty and it seems there were several other people doing inspections, i.e oil tank scans, pool, etc. Steven assured me that he does not do destructive inspections. Since I did not contract with Liberty to do the inspection I am more than happy to change my rating to neutral. Update #2: while as the seller,, I did not hire Liberty Home Inspectors I have to admit that his report was fair and accurate. I have a report from a different inspector on another house I'm selling and the report is 60 pages long, mostly nonsense and riddle with inaccuracies. All I can say is that as a buyer I would hire liberty
