Recently had a stairlift installed for my mom. So far everything is great. The consultation rep and the installation rep both left us well informed of the product and the servicing of the product.

Couldn't be happier with this company. We started with Acorn Chairlifts and after being frustrated with the office staff's lack of response I began to google the company and I saw all of the other people who had the same experience. I researched Wiliams Lift Company and didn't find any negative reviews. My wife and I decided to drive to their showroom in Fanwood NJ and met the owner of the company who gave us a demonstration of the lift we were interested in. The installer, Rich, visited our house today to install the unit. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our property. I can't recommend this company enough, I just wished I had done my homework before I got involved with Acorn!

Excellent service from the office staff to the delivery and install guys. We're completely satisfied with both the stair lift and the lift chair. I highly recommend the Williams Lift Company. They are professional and their work is of the highest quality.

We visited the Williams showroom on a Thursday and Susan showed us the lifts and we were able to try them out. We set up an appointment for Tuesday to have someone come and take measurements for a lift. Scott came out on Tuesday and explained the options we had. He said they had in stock a Harmar lift which would meet our needs. On Thursday Dan came out and installed the lift in just two hours. He showed us how to work the lift and we took several test runs while he was here. All three people we had contact with were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My wife started using the lift right away and loves it. It gives her the freedom to go up and down the stairs whenever she wants without the struggles that she had. Great company and I like the fact that they are local. I highly recommend them.
