I ordered a premium bouquet with two balloons I got 7 roses, six carnations haphazardly thrown together and no balloons how embarrassing to send this to a friend they would think I was a cheapskate even though, I paid 85 dollars. Ill attach what was sent and what was shown as the order.

Very very unhappy with my experience. I ordered flowers from here through From You Flowers. The flowers were delivered late and every single flower was old/wilting/dead. It was extremely disappointing. Do not order from here if you expect to get your moneys worth or flowers that are, at the very least, alive.

Very unhappy with their customer service and the quality of their flowers. I ordered the arrangement in the top picture for $75, and the bottom picture is what they delivered. I called and complained, they apologized, and said the correct arrangement would be delivered tomorrow. However, the next day they "redelivered" the same wrong arrangement. For the price, I'd expect better!!! You can get better arrangements at your local grocery store.

My husband ordered the Daydream Bouquet, for our 25th wedding anniversary, and had the gorgeous arrangement sent to my office. It came in the prettiest, purple vase I have ever seen. (My co-workers agreed). The pink and purple flowers were the most beautiful arrangement Ive ever received and smelled amazing! After a few days, some of the flowers wilted and the petals fell off. I called the store and spoke with Robin, the manager, who was apologetic and offered to send a new arrangement. The driver that delivered them was very nice and placed the BEAUTIFUL flowers (with another pretty vase!) on my desk and they were even more amazing than the first ones. THANK YOU North Jersey Florist! Your flower arrangements are exceptional and your customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this florist!!!
