From the moment I walked in to Century Air, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made the school feel like a home. After meeting with the owner, Rich, I knew right away that this was the place I wanted to pursue my flight training. His unmatched dedication to excellence and safety is evident in every aspect of the school's operation, making it the perfect place to pursue aviation dreams. My CFII, Fernando Martinez, has taken me under the wing from day 1 and has made sharing the cockpit with him an amazing experience. His years of experience translates to top notch instruction and impressive subtle teaching techniques that build on concepts to make you a better pilot in ways well beyond the certification standards. Other instructors who weren't even mine have made it like I was apart of the family. For any considering flight training, Century's environment of excellence, which flexibly accommodates both part-time and full-time programs, makes it the perfect school to pursue your flight training.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Century Air and my instructor Fernando for his professionalism, patience, and high level of support throughout my flight training. His expertise and experience in aviation are truly inspiring, and his ability to effectively communicate and instruct makes the learning process unparalleled. Fernando not only imparted the necessary skills and knowledge for safe and confident flying but also instilled in me confidence in my own abilities. Called to inquire about a biennial flight review and understand what proficiency programs the school offers for a rusty private pilot. Got a call back from the owner Richard Greene the next afternoon. From the onset he was overly aggressive, bashed simple factual information about the flight school I got my initial license at (which was an amazing school!), went on a tirade about how professional his school is, how many students they have, and if I want any more information I need to go there to meet with him in person. He had time to talk about his airline experience, DPE status etc. but no time to provide even the most basic guidance of what they offer which can meet my needs. No thank you Richard, I will take my business elsewhere, and suggest you learn some basic customer service skills. YOU are selling ME, the customer, not the other way around. Culture builds down from the top, can't imagine what kind of operation you run there.

Century air is more interested in the size of you wallet than teaching you to fly. I recommend you visit them and talk to their president Richard Greene, just leave your wallet in your car. Ask him about the other schools on the airport. You will get a expletive filled diatribe that makes Donald Trump look like a amateur. Then visit the other schools. You will have a much better experience. This unprofessional behavior extends to his flying where it is not uncommon for him to have verbal fights with other pilots on open frequencies and had the tower cancel his takeoff clearance as a result.. Neil Rosoff - ATP. Instructors park their planes on ramp not owned or rented by Century causing dangerous interactions with both aircraft and people. They have been told to stop but continue to do it. Be very careful working with a school with so little regard for safety.
