        I asked the front desk to confirm that my new insurance was in network for an expensive procedure and was told it would be covered because it was preventative. I got a $400 bill from the dentist and another $200 bill from the lab who did a biopsy without ever getting a warning. Tried to fight it and was told to go through my medical insurance... Sad that this place has gone down in quality over the years because Dr Cicalese has always been very friendly

        Dr. Cicalese is so nice and every procedure is comfortable. The staff is really kind and there is never a wait time here! Even my little one had a great first time at the dentist here and has no fear!

        Very helpful and compassionate. Never a wait time and nice dentists and hygienists. People should probably check what their insurance covers before seeing a specialist.
