It was definitely hard to request them for any more service after what we received from Relocation solution. I thought finding out a trustworthy mover might be complicated for me. But no, luckily I was referred for this company and that came out as the best for me. They came on time, finished on time and reassembled everything what was disassembled on move day. There was no hitch on their work. They did everything thoroughly. After my belongings were taken to their warehouse for a day, they came on the next day to inspect whether any other movable items were left. Then total stuffs were delivered in correct stint. I am happy and always want to work with this company.

Horrible corrupt company. Total scam. They completely botched every aspect of my move from NYC to LA from price changes, fraudulent charges, stolen, broken and missing items, late and no show movers. Do not use this company.

As every full review here states... this company is THE WORST. They are scammers and should be put out of business. I moved from PA to AL in July 2014 and it was the 3rd worst experience of my life... and I'm a cancer survivor. They provided a quote from the nicest guy over the phone. Set-up a date for pick-up and then never showed up. They turn the story around on me, rescheduled, showed up with a truck too small for all my belongings and blame me. My price goes from $5200 - $7600 - $$11,800 once loaded. Once they have your belongings you are at their mercy. NEVER SIGN THE SMALL PRINT ON THE BILL OF LADEN. My friend who handled my move on the PA end did sign. $.60/lb is what it states you get. Then in dealing with the settlement company they're in cahoots with they don't even offer you that. They left behind 3 large pieces of furniture because their truck wasn't large enough so I had to spend more money to rent a cargo van to load and drive myself to Alabama. Same story as other reviewers on the guys asking for tips. Even writing on my bill of laden as $300 being due them. Guys unloading on the other end want another $500 because of the stairs they need to climb to get to the front door. Leather dining room chairs stacked by twos and only taped together arrive with dents, wholes poked in them, tape marks. Several boxes never arrive. I receive 3 boxes of someone else's belongings. A giant 100lb adirondack chair not on the truck. Antique french side chair has a leg broken off. Broken dishes. An office box with a Roledex in it with 20 yrs worth of contacts... gone. Talk till I'm blue in the face to the most condescending fraudulent guy on the phone who basically just mocked me and got no resolve. Horrible horrible company. They should be sued. They deserve ZERO stars.

My experience with Relocation Solution was terrible. The quoting process was over the phone. The sales agent gave me a rough estimate of about $1400; No one ever came out to our apartment to take inventory of the things we had to give us a proper estimate. I was expecting to underestimate the amount of things we had by quite a bit, not purposely, but because i'm not an experienced mover. I was expecting a moving cost closer to the other estimates (businesses that actually sent a representative to give a more accurate estimate) of around $2500. I decided to go with Relocation Solution because I figured the price would be competitive and I was pressed for time to make a decision. The phone quote was based on medium boxes, although no dimension specification on what constitutes a small, medium, large, or extra large box. The quote ended up being more than double, $2900. The drivers then tried to make my wife feel bad for being upset over this bait and switch tactic. Lesson learned. The movers arrived and gave me the new quote. The movers consistently asked me for a tip, even before they started moving. The movers even suggested the amount of tip i give them. They had my possessions in their hands; I felt trapped The movers told me there was a 6% charge for the use of credit card payment, although this is stated nowhere on the binding estimate that they gave me. They mentioned that they give no estimates on delivery dates, only that it was 24-48 hours before delivery. There are only very rough estimates. Our delivery was picked up on July 27th, with an earliest delivery date of August 4th. I called this company multiple times and was told i would be called back. It never happened. I tried to escalate the issue as high as i could, and when I got in touch with someone who I thought could help me, I was put on hold from 4:20pm - 5:03pm. At 5:03pm, the phone hung up. I tried calling back and the phone just rang. Our things finally arrived in Florida on August 12th. Our boxes were smashed, and many of our dishes were broken. Boxes that were clearly labeled as fragile were crushed. This was not the worst of it. Two of our boxes were not even in the delivery! We are missing many items. To top it off, we were delivered items that were not ours. This business has terrible logistics and even worse customer service. A 1-star rating is much too high for this company.
