I am writing this review solely based on the office manager named, GINA. I had a wonderful experience with the doctor and staff but when the staff situation concerning office manager changed is where the business went downhill. Gina would call repeatedly to get me in to have an appointment, she was not accommodating with scheduling and would often be dismissive. As a nurse I questioned her about comments shed say concerning medical information as well as billing (both things she had been incorrect about) At one point she wouldnt even let me speak with the doctor and get my medication. She had been so unprofessional and condescending that I asked for my file after being a patient of ten years. I ended up going to a new doctors office. Its unfortunate but sometimes its your staff who makes or breaks your business.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Alex at Tri-State. They were incredibly thorough in explaining my bloodwork results, which made me feel informed and cared for. The office was spotless and everything was well-organized. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient at Tristate for over 4 years now. I can't say enough about how accommodating and understanding the staff and doctors are. I have had to cancel appointments in the past and have had a positive experience as far as being scheduled in as soon as possible. Gina, the office manager is incredibly attentive and a pleasure to deal with. She's extremely professional and the overall climate and environment of the office is one that I hold in the utmost regard.

Tri-State Health and Wellness is amazing - the doctors and staff aren't just professional ; they are genuinely caring and warm. I 've been coming here for over 15 years because they always go the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. I can't recommend them enough!

Rave for the Nurse Practitioner, Agnes. Agnes was so kind, helpful and detailed. She takes the time to find the core concern and aims to find a solution to the problem and not just treat the symptom. This office makes you feel like family, even for new patients! Wouldnt want to go anywhere else.
