Damons Restaurants

THE FOOD IS GROSS, 4 ADULTS ATE DINNER 3/28/13 ~ 3 OUT OF 4 GOT VERY SICK ~ BUT THE PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF US BEING THERE SINCE WE PAID $114.00 IN "CASH". IF WE PAID CREDIT, THEY WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE ATE & DRANK. IN ESSENCE, MGR (JAMIE) SAID TOO BAD NO PROOF. SHE ALSO EXPLAINED DAMONS FILED BANKRUPTCY & NOW ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED BUT NOBODY KNOWS WHO OWNS THE MARLBORO NJ DAMONS. SHE ALSO EXPLAINED THEY COULDN'T BE SICK FROM THE FOOD BECAUSE SHE GOT A 95 ON HER EXAM ON CROSS CONTAMINATION OF FOOD. I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP - FELT LIKE CANDID CAMERA. I WONDER WHEN THE DEPT OF HEALTH WAS LAST THERE?

This restaurant is pretty disgusting. There were feces all over the toilet seat... I kid you not. And of course the toilet didn't flush. Looks like the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months. I was going to walk out, but I was starving so I decided to order the maui salmon. Food took 30+ minutes and there was a bug crawling around in my plate! And no it was not a fly. I showed the waitress and immediately left. The waitress was friendly, but I would not recommend Damons Grill when there are better, cleaner restaurants right next to this one!
