I bought a brand new expensive linen top in to be cleaned . I wore it one time .Picked it up and noticed 2 small pinholes..I brought my receipt showing my purchase one week earlier. they refused to do anything about it ..I would have accepted a store credit but they refused to take any responsibility. Of course would never go there again.. and we were a long time Customers

Sign says drop off by 10AM, pick up by 5PM same day. Nice sign, nice policy, but not true. Dropped off dry cleaning before 10AM on a Friday told it wouldn't be ready until 2PM next day, despite having a wedding to attend on Saturday. Was going to take elsewhere and owner said it would be done by 12 noon on Saturday. When I called on Saturday to check on time it would be ready, told 2PM. Thankfully, plenty of other places to go. I won't go there again.

Service not bad. Starting going there shirts were $1.50. Within a few months the price was raised 3 times and od course, they didn't tell you that when you brought your shirts in. I have since moved to another cleaners

Ran into a bit of a problem when they altered and ruined my dress, but the manager was very apologetic and accommodating, and even fixed the issue the same day free of charge.
