Walgreens

I love my local Walgreens at the corner of Woodward and RTE 33 in Manalapan. It is a pleasure to shop there and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and very courteous. Thank you Bonnie and Dave. Dawn, the pharmacy tech, is also professional and kind. I hope this store will not be one of those stores that will close. I like it better than CVS.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Pharmacist was beyond rude. Over the phone calling to see if they carried a vaccine all the way to the point of sale when she told me she was too busy to give me a vaccine. Told me she would call me at HER convenience to come back to the store for my shot. I told her I do not live around the corner, it would take me some time to get up there for the shot. She said they were open until 10pm and I never got a call from her. Another Walgreens pharmacy in the area was happy to see me and give me my shot. I will not be stopping at this location for any reason.

2/22/2018 6:00 pm - I had such a helpful and very efficient pharmacist assist me this evening.. I handed my script and thought I'd be waiting at least 15 mins so I walked to my car .. as I was walking a text came through my phone saying That my prescription is ready for pick up.. within 4 minutes I was able to fill and pick up my medication ... this was so convenient and saved my day ... rite aid said they couldn't fill it until tommrow meaning I would have to be late for work .. then they said they were out of stock for two weeks .. cvs told me I have to special order it ( a very common medication that most pharmacies have available ) .. I can't imagine what I would do without my medication for two weeks or even a couple days .. If it wasn't for Walgreens and their helpful and efficient staff .. I would be stuck without my medication and would need to call out of work or be late .. they saved my evening by filling it so quick and providing excellent customer service. this is not my only positive experience with Walgreens .. I'll chose this pharmacy over any other pharmacy every time l ... I have to say this one more time Thank you Guys for being there every time and making my life easier and making the errands and taking care of the things on my to do list simple.. whether it's buying milk... medication ... laundry detergent or a phone charger ... Walgreens has it all and Is very accommodating.
