Stopped in the store today to pick up a clarins face wash with my 2 year old. We were in tjmaxx earlier so I had my 2 year old in the small basket cart when entering the store since I didnt want my toddler touching the merchandise. There were 5 employees standing in the front of the store chatting with one another, and one of the girls was very rude and told me the minute I walked in that I cant have my child in a shopping cart in the store bc the store is small.. so I guess they rather have a 2 year old toddler walking around instead? Not sure. The shopping cart is the same size as a travel stroller so I guess they didnt want my business, but thats ok bc I rather go to a different Sephora after this experience. I was in there for a few min barely making it past the entrance and although there were 5 employees all mingling in the front of the store, they were all very unknowledgeable and told me to go to Ulta or the Sephora in freehold bc they did not have Clarins products at this location. I found this surprisingly bc Ive been to the Sephora in Kohls within the same shopping complex and they have clarins so their efforts were very misguided. Either way, just wanted to share my off putting experience at this location and hope they do better.

Had a wonderful experience today with Erin in the Englishtown NJ store. She was very patient, very helpful to me and educated me a bit in cosmetics. She should be commended for her great service!

Had a really positive experience here today! I was greeted by 3 employees as I walked in. No one hounded over me which I really appreciated. An employee helped me find my shade I was looking for & the cashier was so kind & let me know about a promotion they were offering that I didnt know about. Overall great & this is my new go to Sephora!!!

Closing at 7pm or 8pm on a Friday and Saturday before Christmas is absolutely ludicrous!
