PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY JOB TO THIS COMPANY . ITS THE WORST I called ALADIN PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL to install a furnace. I was told that It would only take 1 day for the job to be completed but this was not the case. The technician sent to my home Eddie, came in to install the furnace but once the furnace installation was started it was left incomplete, I was told another technician would have to come back to finish setting up the controls and installation of the thermostat. This was not acceptable, as I would expect the furnace and thermostat job to be completed and thoroughly tested by Eddie prior to his departure. I was left with a uncompleted job and they had already charged me for the job in advance. The next day, another technician came in and he finished the job. 5 months later, I called them again as the Thermostat was not working properly. When I called, I was told that there was a fee for coming out to test the thermostat for an alleged service estimate of $90, as this was the same thermostat they had installed but that they are not responsible after installation. I felt I was being robbed, the same thermostat they installed, now they are not responsible. I was explained that the job they performed had a warranty for 6 years, this was for the furnace and thermostat but that labor would not be included if they had to perform any work on the items they installed.

They changed my parents furnace thermocoupler for 575$, 15 minute job that should have only cost about 250$ the most, they took advantage of my parents who didn’t know better!! Took Cash, no guarantee. If you look at receipt there is no break down of the bill. (How much is labor, how much is part).

I am an owner of a condo that I rent to tenants in Ironbound Newark. I had my condo management company look at the unit which they said needed to be replaced for a cost of $10500. I called Aladdin to come and take a look. The confirmed that the unit needed to be replaced but at a total cost of $8500. Job was done promptly and with no issues at all. I would use them again. Services: AC repair, HVAC repair, AC installation

PLEASE BEWARE of this company! Eddie came, to repair my HVAC system. According to him, I needed a new pump. He left, returned 30 mins later with his partner and the new sump pump. After the 10min install, the water was still dripping. Eddie assured me, that the water will stop dripping with in 24hrs. I paid him $450 cash, he left with out giving me a receipt. I had to call the office and Eddie returned to give me the receipt. Days later, the water was still leaking. I called the office, the lady at the office said…. She’s unable to contact Eddie and I have to wait for the manager (who won’t be in, until the end of the month). I called back 3 weeks later, she said NO I can’t help and the manger doesn’t return calls. I had to hire someone else, who confirmed the sump pump wasn’t properly installed and the problem was never the sump pump from the beginning.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR Customer Service!
