I brought my car in to look at a vibration in the steering wheel. I left it there on Tuesday morning at my appointment time and was told by the service advisor, Woody, that he'd call me and let me know what's going on by the end of the day. I took the rental car and went home. I did not receive a call that day. The next day at around lunch, I called to find out the status of my car since I did not receive a phone call from Woody. He informed me that other cars had come in and the mechanic stopped working on mine to work on the others and that they would get back to it in about 45 minutes. I didn't hear back from anyone at the dealership for days so I called back on Saturday. I was told by Woody that they only had 1 tech working on the Lincoln side because of some issues that they were having. He told me he would call me and let me know the status later in the week. He finally called me on Wednesday to tell me that the Lincoln dealership is closing and that they cannot work on my car because of that. I was totally surprised and confused. I came by later that day to drop off the rental car and pick up my car. While waiting for my car, two women ahead of me we're picking up their Navigator. They were talking to Woody about brining their SUV back to repair another issue that couldn't be done while it was currently in the shop. So they were willing to repair someone else's Ford vehicle in the future but couldn't work on mine in the present???? Totally aggravated, I took my car and left. Needless to say, I will never come back for service, parts, or a new car. I chose this dealership because I spent over a thousand dollars in parts and fluids at their parts department and I thought they did a good job. I gave this stealership 1 star because they paid for a rental car. That is the only way I would have parted with my car for so long. They had my car for a total of 8 days and didn't do anything with it. I took it to Scarsdale Ford and they fixed it in a day. Dropped it off in the morning at my appointment time and was called to pick it up by 4 that afternoon.

Everyone is always very nice and accomodating. This is at least my 3rd new car from Town Motors and I hope to use them for many more years to come.

Town Lincoln of Englewood NJ is by far the BEST auto dealership in TriState area. I've been in Automotive industry over 20 years and I was never happy until I came across Town Lincoln of Englewood. people are very friendly, professional, skillful and helpful. Woody service adviser is AWESOME.Woody is the best service adviser of all I meet in 20 years plus of my dealings with auto dealerships Thank you Woody .
