        Installed a system in our new addition seven years ago. The system caused problems from the beginning and they have never been able to fix it. On an annual basis, the system puts out so much condensation that it comes through the ceiling, requiring interior work annually. Many other HVAC contractors have offered the same solution - rip it out and start from scratch. The job was simply wrong. I cannot recommend Katham to anyone. Services: Installation, HVAC duct & vent installation

      Dear Mr. Glantz,You have a problem with condensation on and inside the ductwork because the general contractor seven years ago would not allow me to install the main return on the first floor, where it should have been installed. Instead he insisted I put it in the basement. In addition, he covered two returns on the first floor with cabinets, which significantly reduced their functionality. I am very sorry you’ve had problems. I was wrong to listen to the GC, and should have instead walked away from the job.
