Dr. Smiley did my root canal and it was the best root canal i've had in my entire life i did not feel any pain at all and very nice staff, i highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Smiley and his colleague are awesome. I came in with an infected and difficult tooth that needed a root canal finished. He explained me the options and we agreed to try to fix the tooth. His colleague finished the tooth within 10 minutes. The abscess in my gum was gone in a matter of 3 days. I couldnt be happier

Amazing dr and office staff. They call, take notes and work with your schedule. If you need a root canal see smiley. Explains everything and makes sure you aren't in pain. Office and rooms are very clean.

So I just tried to call today to set an appointment to get a consultation. The receptionist insisted on not giving me a date because I had mentioned I might be having it covered through insurance. When I asked if they accept visa so I can just pay for my session outright she went and told me no, I cannot set an appointment without providing my insurance member ID number. This is the first time I ever encountered someone refusing to schedule me an appointment simply because she was worried about my insurance. I told her I can pay cash or visa I just want to get this root canal taken care ofShe then proceeded to tell me that the root canal procedure costs $1449 as if I am not able to afford to pay it outright. This was a horrible experience as i experienced some type of prejudice from this receptionist. She told me a price without even being seen by a doctor at this practice. I will most likely contact someone at BBB after this experience. Horrible experience. When asked to speak to a manager or the doctor, I was told this was doctors stephens policy and nothing can be done despite me telling her I wanted to schedule to see the doctor and pay cash.
