I am on a business trip and since I don't like hotel gyms, I got a daypass for this gym.
PARKING : It can be rough to find but I got lucky
EMPLOYEES: The lady at the desk was super nice !!!!! I was happy about that!!!
GYM : Clean overall with plenty of machines. Maybe smaller then many Planet fitness I have visited but it has all u need for a full workout

I was in this club asking about to change my membership and the staff was very rude to me in this club they lack of professionalism no one should be treated this way the staff of this planet fitness sucks...

Worst planet fitness EVER. I called 500 times to cancel, as i have moved away. To then be told i have to come in person or send a letter to cancel. I have since sent the letter and i receive. Phone call today at 11:43amCST from a NASTY RUDE manager woman named Rushell, who said she will not honor my letter and infact will keep charging me because i have a balance. She also indicated she KNEW i called my bank to stop the charges, and ADMITTED she kept charging, and infact threw in some additional fees in there. I realized she was too confident saying these crazy things so i decided to go over the contract and there it was. Even though she had my letter In her HAND, she failed to remind me the letter needed to be certified. Why? So they could make money off of your debt. Stay away from planet fitness the hoops and depressing atittudes you need to come across to close a membership are not worth it. The letter situation can be looked over on a (shameful by the way) technicality basis; Because of that miserable manager i will never consider planet fitness ever again. These people make money off of scamming you. Disgusting and shameful.
UPDATE: I was contacted by planet fitness today. They apologized for the experience i had with them, and went ahead and politely addressed my concerns. My account has officially been closed.
