Fortune Insulation & Spray Foam Contractors

If you are looking for spray foam insulation, look elsewhere. I had contacted fortune in respect to spray foam if a 24x50 shop. Spoke to Herb and gave him all the details (dims, framing, doors, windows....) over the phone as he said with that he would be able to prepare me a quote. After that call a week+ went by and I did not hear anything so I called again and then they scheduled a site visit with me for Friday of the next week. Friday comes, I do not hear anything so I text Herb and the response was that he forgot he was camping that day....so that is that. A week goes by with not progress on the quote front so I contact them again and this time Herb tells me they are closed and by closed he went on to elaborate they are out of the insulation business and getting into gutters or something like that. Very odd and a total waste of time for me in hindsight. I had used Fortune previously many years ago to insulate an addition and I was happy with the service but given this recent interaction I would say stay clear if your are looking for insulation or gutters.
