Awful. I went here to completely fill my home after Sandy. I bought a sofa and love seat, ottoman with a pull out bed, queen size bed set, bunk bed and tall drawer chest. Everything, and I literally mean everything, is broken. The box spring to the queen bed is broken in numerous places due to the cheap wood. My couches have 4 recliners that do not recline. The wheels on the ottoman broke off, also the "leather" is coming off. My daughter can't sleep on her top bunk because the supporting rails are popping out. And finally, the drawers pop out of the dresser.
It all looked nice at the store, however for the price it was a total rip off. Not to mention the rude staff. This place is awful. I will never again shop there.

Awful experience. Think twice before buying anything at that store. Diamond Furniture took advantage of my Mother. They sold her the floor model letting her believe she was getting brand new furniture.
The delivery people were extremely unprofessional, torn 2 of the loveseats and now we can't even get Diamond furniture to repair.
They never answer the phone. When they do call they give her a run around. Terrible !!
My Mother is on a fixed income, she paid a lot of money for used, torn furniture.
I think it needs to be reported.

This is the middle class people for home furniture & other no question about it . I bought living room set as well as dining room set from Egg harbor township nj Location
Michael sales Rep very up Front And honest // everything else is down hill . Michael informed Too call a week before my move in date so I did so /
got my first PROMISED delivery date Jan 4 Sunday once I took off work so I don't miss my delivery, diamond employee called and informed me it wont be deliver that's fine.
I asked when will it be deliver Mike informed me its going to be deliver the 11 witch was a Sunday also .
at this point that's 2 deferent PROMISE delivery date . now two days later they call me and tell me its not going to be deliver on the 11 now is the 13th
called and talk to the stored manager Debra Esposito pretty much she didn't wanna heard it and for me to deal with it / in other words F* you we made the mistake twice and wont do anything for you. SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN HER BUSINESS & I AM not just the average Joe I am a general manager at a 470 hotel room
Told her I will cancel my order and she informed me if I go to her stored she's going to have me throng out by police.
