        Dukat owns Essential Hardware, a scam of an online store. Essential Hardware shipped me quarts of paint when I had ordered and paid for gallons. When I called customer service they refused to send me the correct paint although they acknowledged I had purchased gallons. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on twice. When I finally reached a supervisor, Ralph, he said that they could refund me if I sent back the incorrect cans but that they could not honor the purchase I had made.

        Sent payment on the 19th through Paypal. Its Oct. 2nd and I still don't have my product or any answers. The customer service is a joke. I would never recommend doing business with this company.
