        DISAPPOINTED. Poor record keeping. For Example: different doctor or PA each time who re-records your medical issues again: Had two problematic issues--the doc only addressed one until we reminded him of the other. Sent to their MRI facility. Never discussed the MRI findings on a monitor, except to say there's a lot going on and needed more testing.. After going to another practice for a second opinion, what a difference! I was shown my actual MRI on a screen and it was explained completely. Reason for the two stars? a friendly staff.
